Where exactly is the datacenter?+
At Equinix PA6, Aubervilliers, just outside Paris. It's one of the most connected sites in France: most carriers are present there, which saves you a local loop to connect.
What hardware can I install?+
Any 19-inch rackable equipment: 1U to 4U servers, storage arrays, switches, firewalls, NAS. We just check depth and power draw before installation.
Can I access my machine at any time?+
Yes, 24/7. You declare the visit and attendees from your client area, we approve it, and site reception lets you in after an ID check.
What if I can't travel there?+
Our technicians step in for you: reboots, drive swaps, cabling, mounting a machine. An hour quota is included in every plan, and extra time is billed per hour started.
Is bandwidth billed by volume?+
No. You commit to a bandwidth level and consume freely above it, billed on the 95th percentile. Occasional spikes cost you nothing extra.
Can I bring my own carrier?+
Yes. A cross-connect links you to the carrier of your choice present on-site. You can also take our IP transit, with your own ASN and prefixes.
